	Onsite Training Courses (Customizable) - Orion Technical Training offers hands-on, customized technical training directly to your facility. We bring the equipment and knowledge to your location and train your personnel to accomplish your organizational goals.
	Training Program Assistance - We can provide a wide variety of services to assist you in setting up, upgrading, or modifying your training program. From creating testing systems, creating curriculums, creating custom training materials, or whatever your technical training needs - Orion Technical Training can help!
	Training Equipment Sales, Design & Construction - We can design and construct a wide variety of customized training platforms for use in the automation / electronics industry. We also sell a variety of new and used training stations.
	Technical Consulting with Training - We will include and plan for appropriate training for any project we perform. The end goal is that your personnel can maintain and improve the equipment after we complete our work. We will perform pre-project / post-project training and/or will work along side key personnel so they learn as the project proceeds.
	Systems Performance Improvement Consultation and Assistance - Are your technicians trained, but still having problems troubleshooting your machinery? We will methodically analyze your personnel's technical skills, available documentation, operational issues and goals and help you setup a system which optimizes your organizational goals. Unlike vendors who want to sell products, we sell only the service and our goal is that you reach your goals!
	Automation Systems Design, Fabrication, Installation, and Testing - We can perform turn-key automation systems services to meet your needs. We will assist you in planning and designing systems before the project to ensure your system takes full advantage of your investment dollar. We are not tied or contracted to any vendors and can utilize any major automation platform (Allen Bradley, Omron, Modicon, ABB, Keyence, Automation Direct, GE, Siemens, etc). Typical project range is $10,000 to $200,000, with hourly rates as low as $45 to $95/hour. We are very flexible, identify and solve problems, and work with our customer's very closely to ensure optimal outcomes for any and all projects. We can accommodate projects from small "Micrologix®" or single-cell automation, radio linked network systems, and larger scale SCADA and HMI packages.
