Basic Electricity Training Course (2-days)

General Information:

Course Description:  This training course provides a basic conceptual understanding of basic electrical concepts, including electrical measurements, basic electrical theory in a non-mathematical manner, and an understanding of how common electrical components work. 

This training course also provides a basis for understanding electrical safety concepts. This course is heavily hands-on oriented and focuses on providing a real understanding of the essential concepts.

Length:  2 days (1 to 4 days for custom onsite training)
Percent Hands-on: 75%
Training Equipment: Miscellaneous electrical equipment and components (24v max); Power supplies; Fluke multimeters 
Pre-requisites:  None
Target Audience:  Mechanics, Operators, and non-technical personnel, or those needing a refresher in basic electrical concepts
Maximum Class Size:  12 students
